Month 1: Planning & Strip-Out

We started with detailed planning, obtaining approvals and carefully mapping out the renovation phases. Once ready, our team stripped the house back to its shell — removing old finishes, outdated wiring, and redundant plumbing.

Month 2–3: Core Work & Rebuilding

Electricals & Rewiring: Full rewiring of the entire house to meet modern safety standards.
Plumbing: New pipework throughout, ready for upgraded kitchen and bathrooms.
Insulation & Energy Efficiency: We installed high-performance insulation in the walls and roof, and replaced all windows with energy-efficient double glazing.

Month 4: Interiors Transformation

This is when the magic really started to show.

Kitchen: We designed a light, spacious U-shaped kitchen with shaker-style cabinets, oak-effect countertops, and warm LED under-cabinet lighting. Finished with a subway tile splashback and integrated appliances. (See photo 1)

Bathrooms: A bold patterned feature tile wall and clawfoot tub created a statement in the bathroom — mixing vintage charm with contemporary layout. (See photo 2)

Flooring: We installed a mix of engineered oak and ceramic-effect vinyl in high-traffic areas, blending warmth with durability.

Walls & Ceilings: Every room was replastered and painted using breathable, low-VOC paints in soft neutral tones to enhance the natural light.

Month 5: Final Touches

Dining & Living Areas: We kept the flow open, with thoughtful lighting design and warm wooden flooring, creating a sense of space and connection between zones. (See photos 3 & 4)

Exterior: The facade was carefully restored, cleaned, and repainted in heritage tones. A new composite front door, updated roof tiles, and garden touch-ups completed the curb appeal. (See photo 5)
